What if I have an alarm system? No problem. All alarm codes will be kept in the strictest of confidence. The supervisor assigned to your office or home will turn on your alarm before leaving. How can you guarantee that your cleaners are honest and reliable? All cleaners must show proof of the following:
* High school diploma or GED equivalent
* Proof of Identity
* Proof of Address
* Immigration Status
* Employment History
* Employment References
They must also undergo the following:
* Pre-Employment Drug Testing
* Background Check
* Character Evaluation Questionnaire
* Pre-Employment Training

Can I specify the time and day the cleaner comes? Yes, you design your own customized cleaning package to fit your needs. Back to top
Will the cleaner come the same day each week? Yes! They will, but if you need to change your regular day you should call the corporate office at 773-585-8224. Back to top
Will I have the same cleaner each day? Yes, Atomic Klean does not rotate cleaners. You are assigned your own personal cleaner. If your cleaner can not make your scheduled appointment, this office will notify you in advance. You may choose to reschedule your appointment or accept another cleaner on that day. Back to top
How are payments accepted for maid services? Atomic Klean offers the following payment options:
· PERSONAL CHECK · ELECTRONIC CHECK · CASHIERS CHECK · CREDIT CARD · MONEY ORDER
