Employees must work with daily checklist and check off all services performed. This checklist will be assessed daily by Quality Control Supervisor. Satisfaction surveys will also be mailed periodically to all cutomers. These surveys may also be filled out online at any time. The company places a major emphasis on the management and supervision of all its service agreements/contracts in order to ensure and maintain a consistently high standard of service. Our top priority is the customer and we assure them an exceptional level of satisfaction.
Management & Supervision
Management and supervision is critical with all contracts. All teams will be sent out with a team supervisor/team leader. All of the Atomic Klean staff is committed to customer satisfaction. Upon completion of every cleaning, the team supervisor/team leader must verify on the checklist that cleaning has been completed to satisfaction. Team supervisor/team leader must then sign and date checklist.
Staff
We understand the importance of integrity with any business, but especially when utilizing a cleaning service. You are letting a complete stranger into your home/business establishment and you need security and ease. You need to feel comfortable with your cleaning service. That's why we have taken every possible precaution to ensure your security and to make you feel at home with our service. All employees must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent. Pre-employment drug tests, criminal background checks, and reference checks are done on all employees. While on duty, ALL employees must wear company uniform and carry Atomic Klean photo ID.
Scheduling
A cleaning spreadsheet scheduling the cleaning activities and frequencies will be utilized to control and monitor the cleaning specifications pertaining to your contracted location.
